As the WCL Abroad Coordinator, Rachel Gordon coordinates and manages American University Washington College of Law's international dual degree and semester abroad programs and oversees AUWCL's summer abroad programs. Rachel fulfills WCL Abroad's missions to serve as the touchtone for JD students, faculty, and staff interested in participating in opportunities abroad, to provide resources and support for students participating in legal education opportunities abroad, and to facilitate the global mindset of WCL faculty and work to extend the global profile and reputation of the law school abroad.
In the interim, Rachel also formalizes and activates all domestic and international agreements made by the law school on behalf of the AUWCL Dean's Office.
Rachel is an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at AUWCL, where she teaches legal writing and research to LLM students. She has a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
