The Universidad Sergio Arboleda School of Law was founded in 1984 by Rodrigo Noguera Calerón and Alvaro Gomez Hurtado, two well known Columbian philosophers. The school seeks to train lawyers to hold a high standard of ethics in all applications of the law. As a result, the school has a strong philosophical and humanistic character.
The program is offered in both the spring and fall semesters.
Fall: Early August – Early December
Spring: Late January – Early June
The official language of instruction at the Universidad Sergio Arboleda is Spanish. Students applying to the program must submit proof of Spanish proficiency.
- Students with undergraduate or graduate studies in a Spanish speaking country must show the certificate or degree obtained within the last five years.
- Students with Spanish majors (in the US) must have obtained their degree within the last five years and must provide a copy of their degree and undergraduate transcript(s).
