Companies have gone multinational, banks are involved in international markets, and the speed of trade is accelerating. Attorneys in today’s legal landscape must understand how to approach and resolve the various issues emerging in this evolving field.

AUWCL provides students the opportunity to study international trade and business in Asia, Europe, and South America. Students participating in the programs, aside from studying the complexities of U.S. trade and business abroad, learn about the complexities of international trade and business of the host institution’s country as well.
